The U.S. Dollar Native (USDN), or Native Dollar, is a fully-collateralized stablecoin using tribal fiat cash reserves intended to create liquidity in those reserves. This digitization of fiat reserves will allow the tribes to participate in the digital economy leveraging their reserves. USDN will help fulfill the promise of tribal sovereignty in commerce through de-centralized marketplaces. By using a low volatility digital instrument tribes will be able to engage in digital commerce without the risk of slippage in their transactions. Disintermediation of the global digital economy using a stable instrument, while opening up markets in a more direct manner, will be of benefit to all users of USDN, including, but not limited to the tribes.
